Refund Policy

Transparency in our digital fulfillment process

At Velocity UI, we strive to provide the highest quality digital assets. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered to ensure a fair experience for both our customers and our developers.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Velocity UI provides digital products, including but not limited to React components, Next.js templates, design tokens, and source code. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once access is granted or the files are downloaded, the product is considered "consumed." Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or restored to a non-accessed state. Therefore, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility and Exceptions

We understand that unique situations can arise. Refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances: (a) Duplicate transactions where a customer was accidentally charged twice for the same product; (b) Technical defects in the product that prevent it from being used as described, provided our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe; (c) Accidental purchase of a higher-tier plan when a lower-tier plan was intended, provided the request is made within 24 hours and the premium assets have not been extensively accessed.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the exception criteria, you must contact us at support@velocityui.in or through our official Contact page within 7 days of the purchase date. Your request must include: (a) Your order ID and transaction details; (b) The specific reason for the refund request; (c) Any relevant screenshots or logs if the request is based on a technical defect. Once received, our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 3-5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons: (a) Change of mind after the product has been accessed or downloaded; (b) Lack of technical expertise required to use the components (we recommend reviewing our documentation and free components before purchasing); (c) Performance issues caused by third-party plugins or external factors outside of Velocity UI; (d) Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date (if applicable); (e) Discovery of a different product that you prefer after the purchase.

5. Unauthorized Redistributions and Misuse

If a refund is issued, your license to use the Velocity UI products and assets is immediately terminated. You must delete all copies of the software and assets from your local machines and servers. Any continued use, redistribution, or modification of the software after a refund is issued will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may lead to the permanent suspension of your account and access to future updates.
