Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Velocity UI website, services, and digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Velocity UI.
Eligibility and Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using Velocity UI, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. Your use of our services is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site and services complies with all local, state, and national laws.
Scope of Service
Velocity UI provides a premium library of React components, Next.js templates, design systems, and developer tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to limit the availability of our services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
Licensing & Permitted Use
Commercial and Personal License
Upon purchase of a premium plan, Velocity UI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the components and templates in your personal and commercial projects. You may use our assets to build websites, applications, and digital products for yourself or for your clients. This license is tied to your individual account or organization, depending on the plan purchased.
Modifications and Adaptations
You are encouraged to modify, adapt, and customize the Velocity UI components to fit your specific technical requirements and design aesthetic. You may integrate our code into your own software architectures, build systems, and version control repositories. However, these modifications do not grant you ownership of the underlying Velocity UI source code or design patterns.
Attribution
While attribution to Velocity UI is appreciated, it is not required for commercial or personal use of our components in your projects. You may remove any Velocity UI branding or references from your end-user applications.
Prohibited Actions
No Redistribution or Resale
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, leasing, sub-licensing, or redistributing the Velocity UI component library, templates, or source code as a standalone product or as part of a competing UI kit, template marketplace, or boilerplate service. You may not make our premium assets available for download on any public or private repository or file-sharing service.
Illegal and Malicious Use
You agree not to use Velocity UI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malicious software, infringing on intellectual property rights, or engaging in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we suspect any violation of these terms.
Reverse Engineering
You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the underlying logic or proprietary algorithms used in our CLI tools, internal distribution systems, or website infrastructure.
Payment and Billing
One-Time Payments
Most of our premium plans are offered as one-time payments for lifetime access. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive immediate access to the purchased assets. All prices are listed in USD or INR depending on your region and are subject to change without notice.
Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase, including VAT or GST where applicable. Our payment processors (Razorpay and Lemon Squeezy) will handle the calculation and collection of these taxes based on your billing location.
Warranty and Liability
Disclaimer of Warranty
Velocity UI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our components will be error-free, compatible with all browsers, or meet your specific project requirements. We disclaim all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Velocity UI or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate judicial forum within India.
